The Multi-Project version of GRITS, as the name implies, can be used to track multiple projects at one time. Like the Standalone version of GRITS it contains all the basic GRITS functionality and runs on Microsoft 2000 and XP operating systems.
Multi-Project GRITS 2005 let’s you:
- Create Multiple Projects on a single machine
- Each project is stored independently of the other, separating project data and tasks clearly into their own respective areas.
- Record and link each project’s information in a central area, eliminating hours of hard disk and paper searching when things are lost.
- Save individual Project Meetings, Literature Reviews and Research Data together in their own separate project areas, including links to Meeting Agendas, Literature Reviews, web sites or book reviews.
- Create a dictionary of project related terms and phrases.
- Keep ongoing task lists on a project-by-project basis.
- Use the user-configurable Navigator tree to group project data into logical sets or groups.
- Create links between related or similar data items
Multi-Project GRITS 2005 makes managing multiple projects easy and efficient. Figure 1 shows the Multi-Project GRITS program running. This screen shot shows the Navigator in the background and open Meeting, Literature Review and Task forms.

Figure 2 shows the GRITS Navigator. The Navigator forms the heart of the GRITS system.
Use it to create, manage, view and join data items together.
